In my fifth grade graduation program, all the students answered a few questions about themselves, including, “What do you want to be when you grow up?” Most answered firefighter, doctor, or baseball player. I answered, “The Editor in Chief of the New York Times.”

I skewed from that goal slightly, but telling stories and writing has always been at the core of what I do. I began my career in television news where I produced segments on a wide variety of topics, booked guests, and worked daily in live control rooms. Then, I took on communications and content production roles — first at a research institute and an AI startup .

Now, I am helping organizations and individuals tell their stories with writing, communications, content strategy and production, digital marketing, thought leadership, and social media projects.

I reside in Minneapolis with my husband and rescue chihuahua-mix after living in New York City for eight years. I enjoy listening to pop culture podcasts, taking long walks, baking cookies, and watching (and hoping to be cast on) “Survivor.”
